Props suggested: blankets, boslter or pillows
Visit tension soothing postures such as neck rolls, torso rolls, and cat cow as we begin. A long held childs pose to ease the nervous system followed by a Seated Supported Forward bend to stretch the spine. Countered with backbending, side lying poses, and easy twists.
