Yin Yang Flow moves through dynamic, breath-driven Vinyasa to build heat and shake things loose, then drops into long-held Yin postures where the deeper layers of the body — fascia, connective tissue, the quiet places — finally get the attention they've been waiting for.

Most of us live entirely in the Yang. Always moving, always producing, always on. This practice remembers the other half.
